It's called "C-Cleaner". (Crap Cleaner) I don't recall having to register for it.

AVG Free is the best but you do have to register.
adaware is great and free its one of the best out there and one of the most popular

dont go with spybot search and destroy proven fact it is adware its self AVG is anti virus might help with trojans if thats what the adware or malware is spybot is another program claiming to be a adware program but it again is adware as well ur safest bet is adaware
