Where can i find a free spyware adware remover?

I have tried bulletproofsoftware.com but all they can do is just do the free scan, and it found out I have 182 threats. But when it comes to remove the spyware/adware they ask me to buy their products.

Then I tried Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE personal, I scan it and removed it but I'm not convinced because after that I tried to scan it again with bulletproofsoftware.com, it shows i still have 52 threats in my PC, what should I do?
