Best spyware/adware/malware scanner & remover?

Other than Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster, and Search and Destroy. I have all those. I use to also have AVG spyware removal but the scanning took too long. I'm looking for something free and easy to use/novice friendly. Thanks.
