Adware Virus. Help?

I have Norton %26 it tells me I have a virus but it won't actually get rid of the virus. I tried downloading free adware remover stuff but my computer won't allow me to open any pages that even have to do with removing the virus...

Well it would have been nice if you gave the name of the virus but whateva. Post it as soon as possible.Also tell if you have anti-spyware. Add other details about what the virus is doing.

1. Download SmitfraudFix tool and save it to your desktop.

3. Double-click on the SmitfraudFix.exe icon then follow the screen instructions. Option #2 should be selected in this case.

4. When you are prompted with 鈥淒o you want to clean the registry ?鈥? simply answer 鈥淵鈥?

5. Reboot.

Since link aren't working right know just use Yahoo or Google to search and download it.

quarantine the virus if it wouldn't delete.
Try booting into safe mode and run Norton.
