The pop ups come in Internet Explorer which I don't use..

although i have both on my pc i find ad-aware and spybot lacking in there detection

i use superantispyware and avg antispyware

Try SuperAntispyware. Download it, check for updates then run it along with your other security products in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.
