I have a process running-Rjhoyf. I think it is spyware. My adware/spyware removers don't remove

I also have a process in my start up (Oisr) that keeps turning itself back on. I'm faced with a restage if unable to purge. Looking for ideas or a solution. Thanks.

Google shows quite a few hits on Oisr. If the problem persists, you may be dealing with a virus or a hijacker (tries to hijack your homepage and redirect you to theirs). If so, you'll need to do more.

The following steps will clean out most problems. Take them in order. They will take some time and effort, but if you skip anything you鈥檒l still have the problem (the last computer I did this for, Panda and Housecall cleaned out over 30 viruses). You might want to copy these instructions, save to your hard drive, and print them out for reference while you鈥檙e doing it.

First, go here and run Panda ActiveScan (online virus scan)

Then, go here and run Housecall (another online virus scan)

Then, go here and download Ewido (the free trial version) http://www.ewido.net/en/ .

Install it, BUT DON鈥橳 RUN IT YET. Reboot your computer into safe mode (tap F8 repeatedly as it reboots, then choose safe mode). While in safe mode, run Ewido. Then, reboot normally.
